Website terms.

These terms are meant to set clear, reasonable expectations when you use our website or ask us to explore an automation opportunity.

Effective August 11, 2026

Using this website

You may use this site for lawful business purposes. Please do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, or misuse our content or brand.

The automation audit

The website audit is an initial diagnostic, not professional, legal, accounting, security, or compliance advice. Its suggestions are based on the information submitted and common workflow patterns. They are starting points for discussion—not promises that every idea will be suitable, error-free, or deliver a particular result.

Working together

Paid work is governed by a separate proposal or service agreement covering scope, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality, data handling, intellectual property, support, and any project-specific requirements. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls.

Realistic automation

Automation and AI systems can make mistakes, depend on third-party services, and change over time. We aim to build reliable systems, test them against agreed requirements, monitor where appropriate, and be clear about limitations. Clients remain responsible for business decisions, required approvals, and the accuracy of information they provide.

Our approach: automate the right work, preserve human judgment where it matters, and improve systems based on real-world performance.

Third-party services

Our site and client solutions may rely on third-party platforms. Their availability, security, and terms are outside our complete control. We select and configure providers with care, but we cannot guarantee that an external service will always be uninterrupted or unchanged.

Intellectual property

The website, branding, writing, and general materials on it belong to Future & Form or their respective licensors. You may review and share links to them, but may not copy, republish, or present them as your own without permission. Ownership of client deliverables is addressed in the applicable service agreement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, this website is provided “as is.” Future & Form is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on a preliminary audit. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as our services evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised terms apply.
